A welcome to the website of my personal photography and images that I continue to enjoy showing to others.
I have been a keen amateur photographer from school days and since I can remember. I started with a 120 roll film camera having a single 50th of a second @ f11 setting and only 8 negatives at a time. It was an expensive hobby for a boy.
Progressing into home developing and printing, and as an apprentice working in a large Company, the Social Club Photographic Section were able to provide a darkroom with facilities for us enthusiasts to use.
Well times have moved on considerably and the digital age came; my film days were suddenly over and I have now been able to capture so many more images of what I have seen around me.
I hope you enjoy looking through the galleries of many different subjects I have taken. Architecture has always been my enjoyment, as with wildlife and railways and selection of other subjects you see here; so there are albums to peruse at your leisure.
There are the Monochrome and Colour images shown together of which I thought of separating the styles, but becomes complicated to display.
